For the first time in well over 10 years, Bunratty have fielded a team at U17 level in this year's league. Guided by Sean Frost and Noel Twoomey, they lost their first match of the season away to Lifford 4-1. Given the fact that for many of our team it was their first game of conpetitive soccer for the club, we are delighted to hear that management are very happy with the performance overall with a couple of early lapses due to inexperience the being the difference between the teams. Well done guys.

In other news - the Cup draws are out for 2018/2019. Our Juniors have a bye in the first round and are at home to Second Division opposition in the second round of the Clare Cup. They have also been drawn at home in the quarter final of the Second Division Cup.

Our Under 17 team have been drawn away to Avenue United in their cup quarter final.
