CSSL U11 Cup Round 3

6.30pm; Newmarket Celtic Reds vs BunrattyCratloe FC Blue

Blue team went down 6-1 to a strong Newmarket team in Newmarket. Probably not a true reflection of the game but chances taken by Newmarket when they came. Great effort by all tonight as always but unfortunately their cup run ends this evening.

CSSL U11 Cup Quarter Final

6.30pm; Mountshannon Celtic vs BunrattyCratloe FC Black

Black team made the trip to Scarriff to play Mountshannon. Drafted in 3 of our girls to cover some players who are on hols and as usual they did very well. Caoilinn Earley opened the scoring after 20 mins with a super shot to the top corner from 20 yards. A cool finish from Gavin made it 2 just before half time.

2nd half was pretty easy for Emma in goals, we created some chances but will need to be more clinical for tougher games ahead. Semi final Thursday week at home to Ennis Town Blue.
