The committee and all involved with the club would like to thank everyone for their generosity in helping the club fundraise $1,250 for the defib programme. The local support the club receives from you all is greatly appreciated and to have raised this amount so quickly is amazing. Even to have support from our local friends in the USA that kindly donated also is incredible and without you all the club would not be where it is today.

As you may have seen from an earlier post BunrattyCratloe FC was selected as one of 300 clubs in the country to be included in this subsidised defibrillators programme for Grassroots clubs by the Mrs Browns Boys FAI Heart Care Programme. The club will receive a state of the art LIFEPAK CR2 (cellular version) defibrillator along with an eight year mobile phone data plan and training for 10 people in Basic Life Support and use of an Automatic External Defibrillator in a package worth €3,600.

The club in the coming weeks should receive the Defib and we will have it installed externally which will be an invaluable asset to the wider Bunratty community. We will update you all again at this stage.
