CSSL U12 GIRLS Group 1 League
Bridge Utd vs BunrattyCratloe FC
Our girls showed great control and composure this evening away to Bridge Utd. Excellent team work for our first goal, an excellent pass from Grace McNamara to Martha Cusack and onto Cara Power who buried the ball in the back of the net.
Great tackling all around from the girls. 2nd goal was scored by Emma Jones. Well done to all the girls.
MONDAY 23rd AUGUST
CSSL U13 GIRLS Division 1
BunrattyCratloe FC vs Fern Celtic
A tough evening for our U13 girls where they went down 0-5 to a strong Fern Celtic side. We had as much possession as them but they were very clinical in their shooting. Heads dropped a little but in fairness to the girls they kept battling away and unfortunately they still couldn't get on the score sheet. Great determination from all the girls who will learn alot from this game and come back better for it. Just not the girls day today but onwards and upwards.
WEDNEDAY 25th AUGUST
CSSL U10 South League
Newmarket Celtic vs BunrattyCratloe FC Black
CSSL U10 Central League
Bridge Utd vs BunrattyCratloe FC Blue
Tough results for our U10 teams this evening.
Black team were away to a very strong Newmarket Celtic team. Game was level at half time but Newmarket Celtic took their chances in the 2nd half.
Blue team travelled to Sixmilebridge down a few stronger players who were away. Bridge Utd won a penalty to increase their lead but a mighty save from Rio and 5 mins later we brought the game back level. Game stayed that way until 5 mins to go when their was a flurry of goals. One goal separated them but happy with the performance of this team this evening.
A big shout out to the 6/7 girls we have playing with both teams. They face all boy teams every week and battle as hard as any of them and are a great credit.
THURSDAY 26th AUGUST
CSSL U11 White League
BunrattyCratloe FC vs Coole FC
After a week of Cul Camps the U11s had a tough evening at home to Coole FC. After a great start and leading by 2 goals they got a bit tired towards the end and lost their shape letting in 3 late goals.
FRIDAY 27th AUGUST
U8'S BLITZ
We had 2 teams travel to Sixmilebridge this evening to play 2 Bridge Utd teams. All games were very entertaining with both our teams showing great skill, good passing and hard work as well as plenty of goals. Well done to all the boys and girls. Thanks to Bridge Utd for hosting.

A cracking game tonight at Woulfe Park where our U12 girls narrowly lost in a thrilling encounter against Corofin Harps FC. We went 3 down but fought back in the 2nd half and were basically camped in their half for the last 5 mins but just couldn't find a breakthrough...... super effort from all the girls.

Another great performance from the team continuing their winning streak to increasing the gap between them and 4th place while keeping the pressure on for 2nd place now just 6 points adrift.
