U13 girls put up a brave display before finally going down 4-0 in the cup to Fern Celtic.

Result not reflective of the effort put in by a brave bunch of girls. A mixture of illness and an U13 camogie match meant we brought 2 U10 girls and 5 U11 on our panel of 14.

Some stout defensive performances on the night from Emily McMahon and Aine Dennis with Kennedy Hughes putting in a Herculean effort together with Cara Power to keep ourselves in touch for most of the game.

Fern have some excellent players and it will take a good team to beat them.
